Hi folk,

1st I record my voice at pc
then I put them into my mobile
and play them with Python.
Now everything seems OK ( good to me )
but I have a lot of sound files (more than 80) and i would like to choose best format to make sis file size smaller and for best performance

What kind of sound format I have to choose while i was recording my voice?
amr, midi, mp3 or what is your suggestion and what about frequency and bit rate
