I think if you make a link to http://store.ovi.com , the ovi store app automatically launches.

Alternatively you could use the Application Launcher in Platform Services 1.0

I am not 100% sure how, but a tip to help find out

Go to Ovi Store and get them to text a free app download

This sends you a link to Ovi Store, when you open this link in your browser, Ovi Store opens on top.

Not sure if this is set to being on Ovi Store or not. Worth a play with tho
