My 2700 classic's fm radio when loudspeaker is broken~

my nokia 2700 classic fm radio when loudspeak has an uneven noise.... I already went to Nokia service but they said that its the same as others concern and they CANT fix it.. at the first place they should not sell it since it has defect.. is it just mine or it is the same with the othesr?
