hii all

I have developed a voip client i use SipRtpEx and write the voice using VAS
i build the project on s60 3rd edition fb 1
and i use E#63

when i install the .sisx file on my mobile i get the error

Un able to execute file for security reason (-46)

i check the capability of the code and i write all the capability related to my API`s

CAPABILITY MultimediaDD ReadDeviceData ReadUserData WriteDeviceData WriteUserData NetworkServices LocalServices Location SwEvent ProtServ

and the get the same error

any one can help me in this error???...is there any capabilities which i forget it?
