Background problem

I have some swf files. When copyed onto some S40 (e.g. Nokia 5310) phones, if I open the swf file on memory card, it can be played well. But when I set it as desktop background, some background color in swf file turn to red, and the animation cannot be displayed properly. Anyone one know why?

Red artifacts means swf is getting out of memory. Flash player shows these red boxes when it cannot render graphics due to lack of memory.

The animation is also not playing due to same reason.

If you've made the swf yourself, you need to optimize for low memory.

I'm facing this issue too. Just restart your phone and it will work without rectangles. Looks like a nokia issue here. Anyway, if your animation has disruption even after phone restarting, it is more likely that your file eats more heap size than your phone can handle.
