S60 5th Edition Local Provisioning Client for VoIP

I've looked everywhere for the answer on this but can't find any help and I'm certain that I must be missing something here so I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm trying to find a Local Client Provisioning Plug-in for VoIP Rel 3.x that will work with S60 5th Edition, specifically on the N97 or N97 mini.

I have a provisioning application working, but I've had to install Nokia_Signed_lcpinstaller.sis, which is distributed with the Local Client Provisioning Plug-in for VoIP Rel 3.x Beta 1.1, otherwise my application fails to install.

I do however, get a compatibility warning when the LCP installer package is installed because Nokia_Signed_lcpistaller.sis includes the following package header:
[0x101F8961], 0, 0, 0 {"Series60ProductID"}

So my specific question is this; Is there a Local Client Provisioning Plug-in for VoIP Rel 3.1 that will work with S60 5th Edition or is there another SIS file that I should be using to provision VoIP on my N97?
