Headphone Insertion event in Symbian

Hi,
I just wants to know can we get events of headphone plugged in to device and if we get the same which are the API's to get this.
Thanks. For both S60 2nd and 3rd edition.

You can search for such API-s in the Wiki. Headphone may work as search query, but you can also try headset, or the more generic word, accessory.

When i tried to run the application on N73(S60 3rd edition initial release device) its working fine getting headphone insertion and removal events properly, but for other later versions of S60 3rd edition devices its giving Feature not supported while trying to run the application, Is it related to library if so then why this Library is present on N73 and not on its later version S60 3rd edition FP1 and so on.

Check if the API's are available in Extension Plugins for later versions or they have been deprecated and any new ones provided.
