    I am trying to publish our application but when I press the button "Submit changes to QA" I get "You tried to lock item that is already locked.". The current state of the updated file is unpublished. I sent this question to the OVI store support team on Friday but didn't get any reply hence posting this question here. The application is "Palringo".
