Building SQLite

Has anyone built their own version of SQLite and installed it under Qt? I'd appreciate whatever advice (or sympathy) someone has on doing this.

Well, SQLite isn't an easy thing to build generally, and building it under Qt adds an additional complication. I figured if someone else had jumped through the hoops they'd have some suggestions.

Do you mean SQLite itself or Qt plugin for SQLite? What is the target platform?

Yeah, we need to build our own version of the SQLite Qt plugin (to enable encryption). For Symbian.

The plugin aspects appear to be reasonably straight-forward -- more at issue is the overall build of SQLite itself.
