Well first of all you must be read the all basic of the J2ME programming.These are the core grammar for any of the technology.You can read any book, even you can search the web for the good tutorials for the same.
For this you can read the information here

ASFA the tools are concern you should be clear that you are gonna work for the MIDP(profile) and CLDC(configuration) so you all need a textpad to type in the code or the IDE like the Netbeans or Eclipse, Wireless Toolkit,and J2SE environment.For the this you can click here.

i got some idea about mobile application..

but my another problem... i downloaded S60 series SDK for netbeans.... it rum well in pc but not in mobile.... can you provide me link to correct SDK for mobile?? for all mobile set or atleast for S60 series for N70 cell!!!

Nokia N70 is a S60 2nd Edition, Feature Pack 2 device. The matching SDK can be found from here: Home > Tools, Docs & Code > Tools > Tool Details > Tool Details
