How to stop/disable "Network Access Dialog" from applicaiton?

Hi

I developed one widget application, In which I send HTTP request.

When I send request, I showed one pop up dialog box in mobile device like: "Allow connection to network?".

How I connect automatically, any option is required to set for get connection directly without pop up this dialog?

I have a signed certificate also, please help me on this topic.

I try to solve this problem last many months, but still I am do mot able to solve this.

I waiting for answer , solution or suggestions or ideas.

AFAIK the current WRT Widget devellopment offering does not allow signed WRT Widgets, nor any methods on disabling the security queries.
