Nokia Qt SDK offline installer fails to install

Hi,

I just updated my N900 and I was hoping to run Qt sample programs on the device but it's been a rocky road so far. Maybe some of you can help me to figure it out?

Nokia Qt SDK offline installer fails to install Maemo\usbdriver\dpinst64.exe. Manual install fails with status "Install failed (Unsigned)". I suppose this driver is required for Windows to recognize N900 since plugging in with USB cable gives the Hardware Wizard but fails to find the appropriate driver.

I'm running 64-bit Windows XP with SP2 installed.

Driver is required for making network connections over USB interface.

Any known compatibility issues with the driver? I could try installing the SDK on another computer but I'd really like to have it working on this one, too.

EDIT: installation succeeded on Windows 7 after accepting the security manager warnings about unsigned drivers. I still fail to install the driver on 64-bit XP Pro -- any advice how to get around the unsigned nature of the driver?
