Set access permission while installing the application

How to set all access permission while ionstalling the signed application in the device instead of doing manually after installation.

Kindly note that this is not possible to edit the app settings while installing the app.

After installing my application I am setting the file read and write permission manually as 'always allowed'.
Is it possible to ask the user to set all required permission while installing the application?
If yes, then how?

But I have seen one symbian application which is asking to set permissions while installing the application on the device.
That's why I am asking is it possible in j2me?

In symbain you can play with the device very well as compare to the J2ME and even many things are not possible in Java ME.Hence don't compare the two technologies.
