    Hi All,
I'm working on a project related to STK. Can anybody shed some light

    1. How robust is STK and how it increases the usability with bearers SMS and USSD.
2.Resources consumed by services based on STK applications.
3.Which are the mobiles supporting commands for sending and receiving of SMS or USSD messages. Because I know that all mobile do not support the SEND SHORT MESSAGE or SEND USSD.

    Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Kuldeep

There can be numerous reasons for not getting answers:
    - STK is not part of the public SDK-s, thus most Forum Members simply do not know it
    - developing SIM applications is most probably not an everyday task even for those who have access to the STK
    - when you ask "which mobiles", that kind of question can be answered by mostly the manufacturer, and it is absolutely not sure if you can get that info on a public forum

And there no single STK. The STKs or SATKs (SIM Application Tool Kit) comes from the SIM card manufacturer and you need network operator support to write STK applications.

I.e., you need to go to Gemalto (Gemplus) or other SIM card manufacturers for questions about their toolkits.

My bad -- the product (link below) had infringed copyright law, blatantly copied from another developer and it does not work with Nokia phones.
