VAT number for hobby projects.

I want to release a hobby project in Belgium.
I have no company, i'm an individual who made software as hobby.
What do i need to enter on the vat field?

Hi,
Welcome to Publish to Ovi discussions
Sorry but you cannot publish as a developer without
Company Bank account with European VAT tax number
Website same domain name as the company
email support address same domain as company.

You could try contacting another company to sell via Ovi Store

Ovi Store does not support individuals only companies
