请教Cycling_FEP输入法如何使用?

我在繁体中文版9210c里面看见一个Cycling_FEP的输入法,但是我在控制面版->输入法,选了这个输入法后,在其它应用程序中什么都看不到,好像没有选输入法一样。但如果我选预设的输入法,我能够看见一个输入法窗口,里面给我输入仓颉码,请问这个Cycling_FEP输入法是怎样用的呢?

I do not have a traditional Chinese 9210C phone at hand, and I have never tried this input method. For your information, the source code for the input method can be found in 9210 SDK at the following location:

\Symbian\6.0\NokiaCPP\DebugSource\ckon\ckfepsrc
