When I click on Regional sites options in the footer, and do not choose Russia or China - the options do not disappear when I click outside anywhere in the site. Typically the options should disappear when I click anywhere else or have the behaviour as the "Community" button has at the top i.e disappear after a timer.
How about some space between links in the footer?
