Generating SyncML Settings SMS

I wish to generate SyncML settings SMS by entering information such as server IP address, port number, database name, username, password etc. After that, I will use my custom J2ME SMS MIDlet to send this SyncML settings to my other phone on port number 49996.

I want a tool to generate SyncML settings SMS.
