retrieve tower-id in s60 FP1

I am developing an application using j2me, which has to get the tower-id of mobile.
The application has to be deployed on S60 FP1. I am unable to find any variable which works on FP1.
So, please help me out.

http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._ID_in_Java_ME indicates that you need S60 3rd Ed FP2 or later. So, there is no way to get it from Java in S60 3rd Ed. FP1 or earlier.

Using java it is not possible.
