you could maybe try using bio messaging, though the last usable example for it was made for 9210. anyway, it would allow you to specify own bio-SMS type and handlers for it, and all messages would be in normal folders.
Or you could maybe check out the MTM example and see whether it is more suitable for your purposes.
can we disable native inbox while intalling our application, so that there would be no multiple inboxes but when we uninstall our application native inbox should be enabled again.

in my thinking Merging means adding something, so not undersatnding if you now would want to disable all default stuff from there...
Would like to send encryted message from our application and while opening the message in inbox , will ask the user to read it as encypted or decrypted via asking for a pin.
