Dependency Problems with the german Nokia WRT Plug-in for Visual Studio

A german visual studio 2008 with sp1 and the english msdn library for visual studio 2008 is installed on my pc.
I'v tried to install the german WRT Plug-in but the installer always say that I have to install the sp1 for visual studio 2008 so I'v installed sp1 twice again but that didn't solve my problem.
Could anybody help me?
