Multi page thread

If a thread has multiple pages, you can go to next page or select page number from bottom of the page but not from the top one which seems disabled.

It works in IE8 but does not work in FireFox 3.6.4.

I've asked for the top navigation to be turned on. However this requires some tweaking so it won't get done until all the bugs are fixed.
