Access data with USB cable using jme application

AFAIK, you cannot connect your mobile phone directly with your thermometer USB port - as mobile phones USB port unlike PC USB port don't give power to the attached USB device to work with.

If directly not possible, then you can connect your device (infrared instrument) with computer, So that device will generate output in the form of file.

Use that file using J2ME by connecting your phone with PC.
