Map of Serbia???

Why isn't there a detailed map of Serbia? There was a detailed map a while ago for Nokia Maps 1.0, but since then there is only a map with few main highways and nothing else. All the other countries in the area have detailed maps. What's the deal with a map of Serbia and when can we expect it?
