I think when available it will be pushed via firmware update.
And if, prior to that, Adobe has a developer version available for download, then you can find it on Adobe's web site: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/devices/...view=downloads
Flash Player 10.1 is available on Android devices ( the Froyo 2.2 version ).
Official announcement on the date of availability on Nokia devices has not yet arrived. But we expect it to come before end of this year on high end Devices.
Only one clarification, Flash Player 10.1 is not a flash lite version of the desktop or web flash player, is literally the same player for web, desktop and devices.

True, Flash Player 10.1 is a consistent runtime across mobiles, desktop within the browser.
There is a Flash Lite 4 player for Nokia Symbian^3 devices. This player has support for ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0, and Flash Player 9/10 content.
Flash Lite 4 is different from Flash Player 10.1 which is consistent for web, desktop and smartphones as Mani mentioned.

Currently Flash 10.1 will be supported on latest Android operating system that is Froyo and in the coming years it would be supported on symbian devices. More info here
why flash lite 4 has no camera APIs???( to develop some augmented reality games...

Flash Lite 4.0 is designed for slower, less powerful and memory-constraint devices. So AR games with camera API will be better possible with native language.
native language kind of sucks... very complex... very hard to work with, and takes a lot of time to get something done...
flash development rules!!! develop very fast and is very flexible... I want more flash APIs!!!
I heard that AIR will be on android... if AIR give me camera, and save to filesistem, and some other phone function, I certainly get an android...

Dear Shpe11,
Access to camera is available via AIR. It has also been demo'ed recently. FYI, a video calling app for Android was created using AIR for Android.
Also, it has access to accelerometer and geolocation.
Hey guys,
This is first reply in the Nokia forums. I need a little help regarding Flash Player 10.1.
I'm going to buy a new phone, I was thinking about Nokia E75 or Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. These two phones have almost similar features but I'm not sure about the support for Flash Player 10.1 in future. I have heard that Symbian S60 v5 phones will be able to run Flash Player 10.1, but I'm not sure whether Nokia 5800 will be able to run standalone version of Flash Player 10.1.
Please guys, if you have any information regarding this, it'll be highly appreciated as I am going to choose one of them very soon.
Thanks in anticipation.
Hi there,
To my knowledge none of them would support Flash Player 10.1, or no such announcements have come. We expect to see Flash player 10.1 in Nokia N8.
I think this is because Nokia 5800 doesnt have the hardware requirements that is demanded by FP 10.1
If you are looking for a phone with FP 10.1, then you should go for the N8.
