This error is specifically related to XP. Is it possible to transfer the information on this device to another device and install from there even burn to CD ROM. This appears to be some sort of disk read error.

I assume you have enough space on system disk and you are not running on a lock down account. You will need the install account or login in as Administrator because of device driver error.

If you cannot get the offline version to load, have a try at load the latest online version and the this will load the sections when it needs them.
