Create Theme using java code

hi all

i am able to create themes using carbide but what i am looking for is create themes using java code
meaning create an template and give it the picture then create the theme using java code

is it possible or not ??????

With Java on the device: No can do (because you won't be able to sign and install a theme from Java on the phone).

With Java on a PC: Yes, if you can get the specifications for all the relevant file and data formats (or reverse engineer them). The theme file formats may have been published with Symbian^3, but if there are unknown difference to/with earlier Symbian versions, you may not be able to safely use the information with older Symbian versions.
