Please loose the confirmation dialog when loggin out

Thank you for your feedback. I must admit I am still seeing the alert still myself. Basically it is true that might be a bit unnecessary nowadays. I am not sure if this is going to be taken out in the next update.
I can check that for you and either me or someone else will post an update.
