I "bought" one app yesterday but i didn't spend a cent.
I received error sms from mobile operator that transaction is not approved.
But download works.
I think that all zeros what we can see are this type of problem
I would like to know how OVI store solve problems like this.
They don't get any money from operators and for publisher??
Can ovi team answer?
Same problem here. Lots of 0.00 € downloads starting from 07.07.2010. Our estimated revenue is just about 30% - for example: 100 downloads with price 1 EUR --> estimated revenue: 30 EUR.
Ovi store support says the problem will be fixed - but when?
Same here - too many zeros are good only if there's 1 to the left... in this case, we get only zeros for 6 weeks now! I'm sorry to say that OVI store is a huge disappointment for app. developers!

It's huge disappointment for users too.
Many of people that I told to simple don't use it.
Most answers was it's not working from time to time.
Payment isn't working.
Great answer of all was It didn't charge me but I was able to download/install.
My operator didn't charge me cent at least 2 weeks in my case and I can download/install whatever I want. And it's not funny if you are developer too![]()

The development team has narrowed down the causes of the "0EUR" download revenue issue, and it is not because the users have been downloading the contents for free.
However, we appreciate your feedback. I have contacted the consumer care team and they will look into the issue why you or other users are able to download contents for free.
You don't need to contact your customers care. You can simply contact your R&D. They forget to develop check method to payment server.
My operator block payment and ovi store don't check it. Ovi store expect that all sms that is send as PSMS will be accepted.
But some times users are low on credits or better way they don't activate PSMS service.

Please email the following information to us at publishtoovi.support@nokia.com so we can further investigate the issue:
- Content name
- Country, language and devices when you downloaded the content
- Credit card type (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
- Operator name
For the last couple of months I've been seeing this. About 10% of my sales comes up with a 0 price.
In my case, the 0s come mostly ( if not entirely) from the US.
