BT-368i w/ Nokia 5530 Xpressmusic and navigating problems.

I am trying to use this two to navigate. It works up to some point. When positioning gets coordinates (signal) from BT-368i I try to enter destination. It works too. However after few seconds of directing this wired message appears. It tells me that "connection to the store" is needed. Y/N - I say no and that is end of navigating to desired destination. My destination is canceled and map simply shows only my current location. Nothing else. My question is why there is a need to connect to network. Positioning is done by BT-368i so what else is downloaded. Map of my region is preloaded from my home wireless network without using cellular network. I want to simply navigate without using my minutes or data transfer between phone and cellular positioning servers. Is that possible?
