Nokia 6275 cdma phone crash using j2me application ??

hi

i am developing a mBit.tv j2me application for p2p file sharing...
when i am using read/write from phone/memory card for sharing then after some time phone crashes...applciation restart the phone......i have also set
Midlet-Heap-Size in jad file as nokia-6275 has 2 MB heap size but problem is not solved....??

what is the solution..??

Are you able to run your application in the Series 40 SDK emulator? (Also, check your device's specifications.)

Don't put "MIDlet-Heap-Size" in the JAD. It will make no difference (you cannot control the heap size), and it will prevent your application from installing on some devices.

One possibility is that you are not closing all the connections you open.

I am able to run my application in Series 40 SDK emulator.
I also have check device specification, i am using jsr 75,120,135 and jar size is 444 kb which meets with this device requirnment.
But max heap size of this device is 2MB.
I am writing a log file to get the error in my application but i found when i am writing logs at that time it is not writing logs completely and phone restart.
it will be the problem of connection or heap size...??

I have check all connections and have make properly close and pass null value...
but it has same behaviour, it crash mobile phone nokia 6275 same as doing before changes...
