And which order I must install this to my pc ?

Carbide.c++ 1.2 (or 1.3 with a minor hack)

which version of sdk ?

S60 2nd FP2, CW

which version of active perl ?

ActivePerl 5.6.1 635

And which order I must install this to my pc ?

Does not matter, though you may get some warnings on the way. Suggested order: Perl, SDK, Carbide.

Note that Carbide.c++ 1.x versions are not available to download any more. You can contact Tamhanna, he promises to send it upon request (http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/fo...-Carbide.c-1.3) - though it is not entirely legal in fact.
