    How many pkg files you see in your project folder ? can you try one with _templete.pkg

    there is no restriction on UID.

    I think the .pkg file is right, the phone has "c:\private\101f875a\import\[ed4be29d].rss" this file.

    I am starting to disbelieve you. Until now it was .rsc (which was good), however now it is .rss (which is bad). And "\epoc32\data\ed4be29d.rss" unlikely exist at all, since the default output from rcomp would be ed4be29d.rsc.

    my SDK doesn't support starter os?

    .rsc file build , I didn't install the sisx to phone. error USER27.
    "\epoc32\data\ed4be29d.rss" This file is there and the phone "c:\private\101f875a\import\[ed4be29d].rss" also is there.
