Telephone call management in Java / S40ed6

Hi,

I'm new to Nokia dev. Is there an equivalent to CTelephony for the Java ME / Series 40 Ed 6 environment ?

Context: I am wanting to write a "call back" application - so I need to be able to:

* "stop" and outgoing call from actually being placed if a user dials a number.
* call a web service which will then ring my handset number
* auto-answer the incoming call

Is any of this possible in a purely Java ME env?

[In fact reading about CTelephony it sounds like you can only hangup already connected calls?]

It is not possible in j2me , you can try in Symbian I have seen this kind of a application already.

Does this mean I would need to be using the carbide C++ stuff ?

Also is there any documentation on events the phone allows you to trap in this environment e.g. outgoing call started, incoming call etc.
