display movable image on a background image

Hi ,
i want to display a small image(ImageB) on a full screen Image(ImageA)

But i also want that when i drag the imageB it should move on the screen until i raise some done event.
I am doing this for my 5800.
is this possible?

What you have tried till now.
1. are you able to show both the images ?
2. are you able to get the point of touchdown / drag etc events ?
