How can I get Cellid,LAC in Nokia mobiles

Hi

I am able to get Cell id,LAC,MNC,MCC in Sony ericsson mobile, but I could not get these items from Nokia mobiles.
I singed my application using Thawte Signing.

How can I get Cell id,LAC,MNC,MCC from nokia mobiles (I singed my Midlet application using Thawte)

If you are try this on S40 device, then be sure to use the manufacturer or operator domain certificate to get these from device properties Thawte will not work.

How can I buy Manufacuture Certificate for Nokia S40 device?

Its not possible to buy a Nokia Manufacturer Certificate. Manufacturer signing is not really an option for normal applications / 3rd party MIDlets as that requires Nokia branding and business case from Nokia.
