Can't run RDA

Hi All

I am not able to run RDA since serveral days.
When I am trying run it, it gives me the message
"Unable to lunch the application"

When I click the detials button, I found in exception tabs the followiong error.

My computer is windows7 64 bit and I use IE8 .
I also tried it in Windows web server 32 bit and latest FireFox and the same error happened.

Please try to help me as soon as possible because we depond on it very much.

which JRE version are you using? If you are using a 64-bit JRE, as a workaround I'd suggest to uninstall it and try a 32-bit version instead. In the past there was a bug related to a video component which prevented RDA from being used with 64-bit JRE. At one point this was then supposedly fixed. Now based on a few recent reports it may have reappeared.

First of all try to install a 32-bit JRE, as already pointed. This step helped me on 64-bit Win7.
