    j2me client and j2ee server application for Symbian OS has any database issue....i.e. any database can be taken as in J2ee web project's database................................

    The names that you had mentioned are not used in Java ME though.

    Databased neither are responsibile for the application porting nor they have any side effetcs on the same.
    Just what the difference is that devices have their own size limitations for the databases..
