Similarly Can we develop an application? If we dont mind i have one question. Have you any idea about how many man power and how many days are required to accomplish sush application? Please provide some information.

Yes you are right. We discussed about it. I downloaded that AES developer library and trying to encrpt the call I did not find anything to do Voice Call encryption. Using that library we can do message encrption and decryption. Please help me out.

    Thanks,

You can't do regular voice call encryption/decryption using your own application developed using public SDKs. You can do a VoIP application on your own, and if the other party also has the same application, then you can send encrypted voice over a packet data connection (but that will not impact regular circuit switched voice calls).

    Hi,

for this I think you need to read the packet data before sending to the network and capture the same on other device as well.

I think you can also try some alternative way also if any in your mind.

Isn't a voice call analog data and you can't encrypt/decrypt analog data? Or am I mistaken.

But if the call is going over IP then its digital and can be encrypted. If its going over IP then there is IPSec to authenticate and encrypt. Though you could do the encryption yourself using the Crypto libraries I guess.

I think you have to fully understand exactly what the customer's requirements are before asking questions. Is this a regular voice call or going over IP?

In a GSM network, voice data is transferred in digitized form. However you can not really access and modify the binary stream of that.

You can search for threads about data calls, Girishvmx also experimented with them as I remember. I am not sure if it was a success or not, but you can check.

Yes. You can write text data into port and read from it. I have tried to write a binary data into port and read it back but didn't work.
