afaik j2me polish does support all nokia phones, it's a third party gui library so it's not included on the devices out of the box, but it can be added to your projects and thus used in your application...
my personal experience is that it's pretty difficult to get it integrated into the standard ide's (netbeans and eclipse), the documentation is very outdated and incomplete and it's "support" (as in forum) is not worth much... Personally I found LWUIT a better alternative, but that's up to you the best option would be to try both and choose one...
