can anyone plz help me how to enable touch sensitivity to my progress bar.

while playing the video iam not able to move to a particular time i.e by draging on the progress bar.
All the time i need to play the video from the starting point

so how to enable touch sensitivity to the progress bar.so i can move to desired postion..
