1. j2me client (Midp 2.1+ cldc 1.1+lwuit)
2. communicate through servlet
3. Http protocol is being used.
4.server(apache tomcat)..
5. database on server.

i am interested to know this application will be supported by which(?) Nokia phones ( Symbian OS)and which smartphones.

plz send me a list of phone support .........

Probably every single MIDP 2.* phone you can find on http://www.forum.nokia.com/Devices/D...rix_all_1.html supports that.

You will get the list of all MIDP 2.1 devices from Nokia on which you can try your app.
All the S60 phones listed on the above link are Symbian Smartphones and all S40 phones listed on the above link are Nokia OS phones.
