Can receive SIP calls but can't make SIP calls with firmware 22.0.110.c01.01

Hi,
I'm experiencing a very strange situation after last software update I can receive SIP calls, but I can't make any.
I own 3 different accounts with 3 different providers but none is working.

I did install SIP_VoIP_3_1_Settings_S60_5_x_v1_0_en.sis and recently I did upgrade to 22.0.110 firmware on an N97.
The telephone language is set to Italian.
Also trying to write little software to make calls does not help.

Is there anybody that can help?

Are you able to trace the messages exchanged, via WLAN with Wireshark for example?

Hi,
not for the time being, I'm rebuilding the linux machines. I'll try it ASAP and come back.
The strange is that Skype works perfectly, also fring does.
