is 9110i a good phone?

I just got a 9110i... is it a good phone? What problems will i be encountering in the next years of handling this phone. What can i do to make the most out of this phone.

No more softwaresupport,

expensive firmware- upgrades,

Data lost by system crash (format needed)

bad support for GEOS OS (webspace is soooo expensive)

IR and Win2000 doesn´t work
