Unable to Submit Application For Certified Signing

Hi All,

I am trying to submit my application for Certified Signing having DRM capabilities. I have followed below procedure.

1. Requested a Publisher ID from Trust Care.
2. Signed the sis file with the publisher Id.
3. Also completed the readme.txt, User Manual for my app.
4. Also filled the RequestCapabilitiesV1.3 form.
5. Also provided a Declaration Statement.doc having details about capabilities used.
6. Zipped all above files with my app.pkg file and submitted to Symbian.

But after submitting these My Step 1 (ie Applicatio Information) is completed Successfully but when try to complete submit the step 2 it gives below Error Mesage

""The SIS file you have submitted contains capabilities that you are not permitted to sign with. The SIS file you submitted uses the capabilities:
DRM""

Can any one Let me know what I have do more to submit my app?

Thanks, But I already have a devCert for DRM capabilities. And I am not able to find any other way to request Certificate for my final submission. So do I have to again submit the DevCert Request for DRM capabilities.

Also gone through the two links but I not able to figure out the Step 6 ie

When the application has been finalised it can be sent to Symbian Signed for Nokia for testing
•Invitation only web site –Nokia will provide the access details
•The site requires a separate registration to Symbian Signed web site

Where I should request to Nokia for the access details ? And I have the registration at symbiansigned.com. Do I require any thing else ?

I suppose you could contact the persons that handled the Step 5.

but as per your suggesition I have gone to Step 5 but there is no place where any email is provided for contact. Last time when I requested the DevCert the communication was made through the portal only.
