Nokia Remote Device and Carbide Performance Investigator

I used carbide performance investigator to measure performance data on a application installed on Nokia Remote Device. The .dat is created. How can I get it into Carbide for analyse.

If cannot use can plz suggest any other tool for performance analyse.
