regarding developer certificate???

i have a query that i need different developer certificates to use in more than one application of different capabilities?
capability mention na during request for developer certificate then 2 different apps have different capabilities na may/maynot ???

i have developer certificates of all capabilities for one application,after that i have another app for less than previous capability then can i use that developer certificate in this app???

Sure, basically the certificate must have at least the capabilities defined for the applications where it is used for signing. So it can have more.
