Confirming to Symbian Signed Criteria

Hi,
I would like to understand and have total clarity on the process before sending the application for signing.
I have a few questions.
Before that the first clarification needed is:-
I have checked the latest test criteria. http://developer.symbian.org/wiki/in...Symbian_Signed)
Are these the only test criteria that i should take care of.OR are these the important ones and there are others?
The criteria does not mention many cases described as common failure in http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._0_en.pdf.html
This document was compiled in 2007. Does this mean that it is obsolete and should not be followed?

Basically just check Symbian signed website, and see what the latest requirements are, and follow them accordingly. The latest ones are supposedly lot easier to meet than older ones.
