unable to launch Web Starter Nokia Remote Device Access

I launch Java Web Starter to start nokia remote device access. But the JNLP does not launch giving error

Appliction EError Unable to Launch the application.

When I see the details it says:

Server returned Http response code: 403 for URL:
http://apu.ndhub.net/lib/rpmdevui_fn.jar

As with any online service, there may sometimes exist temporary service outages, but usually these go away in a rather short notice. Therefore, I was wondering if you still are facing the similar problem you have described?

In addition, the Remote device access service have certain requirements as it states:

"RPM requires a modern browser with JavaScript and a Java runtime environment (JRE v1.5+)."

If the problem persists, you could check your Java installed is up to date and also that your browser belongs to the versions required. The error might have been temporary from either your side or service side, so it would be nice to hear what is your current result and possible messages?

Following Error Appear when i try to use Nokia RDA:

that error message sums it up. if you are behind a firewall, make sure that outgoing TCP traffic via port 1200 to RDA server (apu.ndhub.net) is allowed in the firewall rules, otherwise opening the device connection will not work.
