Unable to zoom google maps in E63

i have E 63 and i am unable to zoom in or zoom out google maps. in help 3 and 1 keys are for zooming option but these keys are not doing this. tell me how to zoom in google maps.

If you mean Nokia Maps, the user's guides, http://europe.nokia.com/support/prod...ort/e63/guides, give some other idea (page 68 in the English manual for example)
Note that end-user questions are discussed on http://www.nokia.com/discussions, Forum Nokia has an other scope, it is about support for 3rd party (software) developers.

no..... i m saying about google maps. and was preinstalled in my device.

I would be supprised to see Google Maps pre-installed into teh device, so please check again that you got the name right, Anyway, better place to continue the discussions would really be the end user discussion board, where Wizard already gave the link for.
